DR3 Machine is a specialized team of domain experts and leaders in their respective disciplines. This group of experts is a close knit family focused on delivering the best possible experience to our clients. DR3 Machine is also a company that is in constant growth mode. Whether the addition of new machine tools, new people, or a new facility addition, the mindset of DR3 is to grow to better serve our clients. We truly love what we do and look forward to showing new clients what we can do.
Danny Paterson
Danny Paterson, entrepreneur and co-owner of DR3 Machine, started DR3 Machine in 2018 following the sale of his previous oil field parts manufacturing company PMI Pump Parts. Danny has worked in every capacity within his businesses and is driven by the mantra that you have to know every aspect of your business to make it efficient and profitable.
Ross Walters
Ross Walters is a co-owner of DR3 Machine. He and his partner started DR3 Machine following the sale of their previous company PMI Pump Parts. Ross began working at PMI Pump Parts, formerly Paterson Machine Inc., in 2006. During his role as Production/Operation Manager, he was instrumental the growth of the company and in 2014 he was awarded a partnership in the company. Prior to his work at PMI, Ross was the Production/Operations Manager at Gardner Denver from 2001-2006.
Eli Guardiola
As VP of Sales, Eli brings a service-first mentality and a dedication to a hands-on approach from the first interaction with each customer, during production, and until the products are delivered to the customer’s satisfaction. Due to his vast experience from working as a mechanic/customer service from 2004-2013 with Gardner Denver, to rising the ranks and becoming a revered Sales Manager with PMI in 2014, and later on with Gardner Denver again in 2018, Eli understands the importance of customer trust during each phase of every sale. He sustains this standard of excellence through open and honest communication.
Taylor Paterson
Taylor is an integral part of the DR3 Machine team. With two decades of experience in software support, IT, and all things digital, she is leading the company’s digital transformation. Her focus on evolving the company into the digital age is very quickly setting DR3 apart from other machine shops and allowing us to digitally evolve as fast as the markets we serve.
Amber McCaleb
Amber McCaleb, MBA, brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to DR3 Machine as Operations Manager. Coming from a family with deep roots in oilfield manufacturing, she has built her own extensive background in pump part procurement, material management, and production planning. Her leadership and industry experience add tremendous value to DR3 Machine, helping to streamline operations and ensure the highest standards of efficiency and quality.
